Sohni Kaur

Sohni Kaur is a Program Manager with Sea-Change Partners. She has a Masters in Public Policy (Public Management and Governance) from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from McGill University. Sohni was also a Teaching and Research Assistant in Leadership and Negotiation and Conflict Management at the Lee Kuan Yew School.

Between 2003 and 2008, Ms. Kaur was Project Manager in the department of Intellectual Exchange at the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF). Having joined the Foundation in 2003, she set-up and managed the ASEF Cultures & Civilisations Dialogue programme along with several other projects linked to cooperation between Asia and Europe.

Prior to joining the Asia-Europe Foundation, she interned at the United Nations Capital Development Fund in New York and worked at the Singapore Institute of International Affairs. Sohni was also a member of the Coordinating Committee of the World Public Forum Dialogue of Civilizations and the National Committee of UNIFEM Singapore. She is regularly involved in activities related to raising awareness for women's rights and youth programmes.
